Tuspipe Successfully Attends the 24th NOG Energy Week

From June 29th to July 3rd, 2025, Tuspipe, as a steel pipe producer in the China Pavilion, came to Africa’s largest oil and gas exhibition (NOG). The heat wave inAbuja in July is hot, but what is even hotter than the weather is the popularity of the Eagle Square Exhibition Center. Tuspipe, the world’s premier steel pipe producer, brought two exhibits to the show, Pipeline Pipes and OCTG Oil Casing.

The 24th NOG Energy Week

What is NOG Energy Week

NOG Energy Week, known as the Nigerian Oil and Gas Conference and Exhibition, is Africa’s premier energy industry event. The annual event has been running for 24 years, since it was first organized in 2002. It is the “Olympics” of the energy industry, bringing together the world’s top companies, government officials and technical experts every year.

24th NOG Energy Week Conference & Exhibition

The 24th NOG Energy Week Conference & Exhibition took place from June 29 to July 3, 2025 in Abuja, Africa. The site of this year’s NOG Energy Week exhibition was the Abuja International Conference Center, where the OPEC Summit was held. The first thing you see when you enter the main exhibition hall is the 10-meter-high electronic countdown sign showing the number of days remaining in the Africa Energy 2030 program. This detail reveals the core mission of the exhibition: to promote the development of the energy industry in Africa.

Tuspipe's Exhibits at NOG Energy Week

As Africa’s largest energy industry event, this year’s show attracted 286 exhibitors from 42 countries and more than 18,000 professional visitors. Tuspipe, as a top international steel pipe manufacturer, brought its high-quality steel pipe products to the show.

OCTG Pipe / Oil Casing Pipe

OCTG pipe / Oil casing consists of casing, tubing, and drill pipe. Tuspipe’s oil casing has excellent resistance to high temperature and high pressure and corrosion, which can keep the pipeline system running stably under the harsh environment of 200℃ high temperature and 80MPa pressure in Africa. Its products maintain a corrosion rate of 0.03mm/year under simulated extreme environments.

Key parameters of oil casing:

  • O.D. 10.3mm-610.6mm
  • Wall thickness 2mm-100mm
  • Full range of steel grades according to API 5CT

Line Pipe

Tuspipe manufactures line pipe for use in subsea pipeline systems, which features a composite coating structure across the pipe cross-section. This three-layer polyethylene corrosion protection technology makes the pipe three times more resistant to salt than conventional products.

There was always a long queue in front of Tuspipe’s stand. This also attracted repeated inquiries from the technical teams of many international giants. Through this NOG exhibition, Tuspipe is determined to make every oil-producing country in Africa use energy pipes made in China. Perhaps, from products to technology, this is the real upgrade of Chinese manufacturing.
