Steel Fittings Molding Process
Steel fittings generally use carbon steel fittings, such as ASTM A234 standard steel fittings for -29℃~425℃ working conditions.
It has advanced molding process:
Hot pushing elbow: wall thickness tolerance control in ± 12.5%.
Cold forming tee: hydraulic expansion technology is adopted.
Computer simulation: DEFORM software optimizes the forging process.
