eine europ\u00e4ische Norm, die dazu beitr\u00e4gt, die Sicherheit und Qualit\u00e4t von Rohren aus unlegiertem Stahl, die geschwei\u00dft oder mit Gewinde versehen sind, zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/strong> Diese Norm enth\u00e4lt eine Vielzahl von M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr die Endbearbeitung von Rohren und Beschichtungen, die dazu beitragen, die Rohre w\u00e4hrend des Transports und der Verwendung vor Sch\u00e4den zu sch\u00fctzen. Die Norm EN 10255 legt auch die Mindestwandst\u00e4rke f\u00fcr jeden Rohrtyp fest, was dazu beitr\u00e4gt, dass schwache oder besch\u00e4digte Rohre nicht in Bauprojekten verwendet werden. Au\u00dferdem m\u00fcssen die Rohre in einem nahtlosen (S) oder l\u00e4ngsgeschwei\u00dften (W) Verfahren hergestellt werden. Die Nut im Umformwerkzeug hat eine Breite, die genau zum Rohrdurchmesser passt, und eine Tiefe, die nicht weniger als die H\u00e4lfte des Durchmessers betr\u00e4gt. Der Radius am Boden der Nut des Umformwerkzeugs ist in der Tabelle unten angegeben. Geschwei\u00dfte Rohre m\u00fcssen so gebogen werden, dass sich die Schwei\u00dfnaht an der Au\u00dfenseite der Biegung befindet. Sobald der Abstand zwischen den Platten 60% des urspr\u00fcnglichen Au\u00dfendurchmessers erreicht hat, gilt ein leichtes vorzeitiges Versagen an den Kanten nicht mehr als Grund f\u00fcr eine Zur\u00fcckweisung.
