rel=\"noopener\">Japanische Industriestandards<\/a> f\u00fcr Rohre aus Kohlenstoffstahl. Sie beschreibt die Rohre, die in Rohrleitungen f\u00fcr die Bef\u00f6rderung von Dampf, Wasser, \u00d6l, Gas, Luft und anderen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten verwendet werden.<\/strong> Die Arbeitsdr\u00fccke sind in diesem Fall recht bescheiden. Die Norm wird vom Japanese Industrial Standards Committee ver\u00f6ffentlicht. JIS G3452 wird haupts\u00e4chlich bei Niederdruckanwendungen wie planaren W\u00e4rmetauschern, unkritischen Rohrleitungskomponenten und narrativen Diskussionen \u00fcber thermische Designs und Spannungsanalysen verwendet. Dar\u00fcber hinaus kann diese Norm auf feuerverzinkte Rohre gem\u00e4\u00df JIS G3445 angewendet werden. In Verbindung mit JIS G3461 kann sie auch auf Rohrkomponenten wie Kessel und Hochdruckleitungen angewandt werden. Dies geschieht, um Spannungen abzubauen, die sich w\u00e4hrend des Herstellungsprozesses aufgebaut haben, und um die Duktilit\u00e4t und Z\u00e4higkeit des Rohrs zu verbessern.\u00a0<\/li><li>Der Standard f\u00fcr beide Enden von Rohren ist, dass sie entweder ein Gewinde oder ein glattes Ende haben m\u00fcssen. Rohre mit einem Nenndurchmesser von 350A oder mehr m\u00fcssen glatte Enden haben, w\u00e4hrend Rohre mit einem Nenndurchmesser von 300A oder weniger beide Arten von Enden haben k\u00f6nnen. Wenn der K\u00e4ufer dies w\u00fcnscht, k\u00f6nnen die Rohre auch mit abgeschr\u00e4gten Enden bestellt werden. Die Form der Abschr\u00e4gung ist zwischen K\u00e4ufer und Hersteller zu vereinbaren, muss aber in Ermangelung einer solchen Vereinbarung der untenstehenden Abbildung entsprechen.\u00a0<\/li><li>JIS B 0203 beschreibt die Normen f\u00fcr kegelige Gewinde an Gewinderohren. Die in JIS B 0203 spezifizierten kegeligen Gewinde sind an beiden Enden des Rohres anzubringen, und in ein Ende der Gewinde ist eine Muffe gem\u00e4\u00df JIS B 2301 oder JIS B 2302 einzuschrauben. Das andere Ende des Rohrs, in das keine Muffe eingeschraubt wird, muss mit einem Gewindeschutzring versehen oder durch andere geeignete Mittel gesch\u00fctzt werden. Auf Wunsch des K\u00e4ufers kann das Gewinderohr auch ohne Muffe geliefert werden. Die konischen Gewinde m\u00fcssen vor der Verwendung nach JIS B 0253 gepr\u00fcft werden.<\/li><li>Bevor Rohre und Muffen mit Gewinde versehen werden, werden sie verzinkt. Wenn die Pr\u00fcfung bestanden ist, werden die Rohre und Muffen durch Sandstrahlen, Beizen usw. gereinigt und anschlie\u00dfend feuerverzinkt. Als Zink wird destillierter Zinkbarren der Klasse 1 gem\u00e4\u00df JIS H 2107 oder ein mindestens gleichwertiges Material verwendet. Andere allgemeine Aspekte der Verzinkung richten sich nach JIS H 8641. Die Zinkbeschichtung sch\u00fctzt das Metall vor Korrosion und verl\u00e4ngert seine Lebensdauer.
