In addition, the company evaluates suppliers annually and assesses past performance in quality control, document control, delivery times, and other factors to ensure suppliers meet our product quality requirements.

After getting the hot-rolled coil, the quality assurance team sends an inspector. They check for cracks, pits, and other surface defects. These issues could impact later production. Inspection staff not only conduct visual checks but also take samples from the coil plate. They do this for chemical composition analysis and mechanical testing, following standard requirements. Then they compare the results with the material quality certificate issued by the coil plate supplier. If the analysis results do not meet the standard requirements, the raw material will be returned to the supplier for replacement.

コーティング、マーキング、包装
After the welded steel pipe is produced, Tianjin United Steel Piping Co., Ltd (TUSPIPE) applies a surface coating to the carbon steel pipe, according to the customer’s requirements, to prevent corrosion. Standard coated with black paint, varnish, and anti-rust oil, these materials can provide temporary anti-rust protection during transportation. If FBE, PE, or PP coatings are needed, the pipes will be transported and finished in a coating mill.
We apply a bar code to the inner wall of each steel pipe, and each bar code is unique to each pipe end. The bar code is equivalent to the ID card for each unit of steel pipe, recording the heat number, tube number, steel grade, and production information for each pipe. After completing the coating process, production workers scan the bar code to retrieve the corresponding product information and mark the pipes in accordance with standard and contract requirements to ensure product traceability. Generally speaking, product packaging plays a crucial role in protecting products during transportation, so the company is also very concerned about this process. Based on the size, coating, and other processing information of the steel pipe, the company usually uses end caps, PVC wrap, nylon slings, galvanized strips, fumigated wood, and other materials to protect the steel pipe. At the same time, the engineers can generate a customized packing scheme for customers who need more robust, stable, and easy-to-unload packaging solutions.
出荷前
Before delivery to customers, the inspector rechecks the appearance, packaging, markings, labels, tags, and other specifications of the black steel pipe to ensure customers do not receive any defective products. After passing inspection, the quality assurance department of Tianjin United Steel Piping Co., Ltd (TUSPIPE) issues a mill test certificate for each batch of shipped products.
